Terms of Service

DriveMatch is a vehicle discovery and marketplace platform that helps buyers find used cars and connect with sellers in Singapore. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, DriveMatch is not the seller, dealer, agent or owner of any vehicle listed, and is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller.

Listings are created by sellers, not by DriveMatch. You are responsible for verifying every vehicle, seller, price, document and claim before making a payment or entering into any agreement. We strongly recommend independent inspection and verification of ownership and vehicle records.

If you publish a listing, you confirm you are entitled to sell or advertise the vehicle and that the information and photos are accurate, current and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping listings up to date and removing them once the vehicle is sold.

You need a DriveMatch account to sell, save listings and message sellers. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Use DriveMatch lawfully and respectfully.
• Only list vehicles you are entitled to advertise.
• Provide accurate information in listings and messages.

• Fraud, scams, misrepresentation or fake listings.
• Spam, harassment, abusive or unlawful content.
• Scraping, bulk data extraction, or automated access without our permission.
• Uploading content you do not own or have no right to use.
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls or platform limits.

We may suspend or terminate an account, or remove listings and content, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where required for safety, legal or regulatory reasons. You may stop using DriveMatch at any time and request deletion of your account from your Profile page or the account deletion page.

The DriveMatch name, logo, design and software belong to DriveMatch. Content you upload remains yours, and you grant DriveMatch a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

DriveMatch is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that listings are accurate or complete, that vehicles are as described, that sellers will perform, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveMatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising out of a transaction or dispute between a buyer and a seller.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
