Privacy Policy

• Account and profile information — your name, email address and profile photo, provided through Google sign-in, plus any contact details or dealer/business details you add yourself.
• Vehicle listing information — details, photos and documents you upload when creating or editing a listing. Listing content is published publicly on DriveMatch.
• Messages and enquiries — messages exchanged between buyers and sellers through DriveMatch, and enquiries you send to sellers.
• Support and feedback — anything you submit through our feedback form or by email, including account deletion requests.

• Usage data — pages viewed, listings saved or swiped, and similar in-app activity, used to operate and improve the service.
• Device and technical data — device type, browser or app version, and basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the service.

We do not use this information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate you via Google sign-in.
• To publish your listings and connect buyers with sellers.
• To deliver messages, notifications and service updates you have opted into.
• To respond to support requests, feedback and account deletion requests.
• To keep DriveMatch safe — preventing fraud, spam and misuse.
• To understand how the service is used so we can improve it.

When you sign in with Google we receive your basic Google account profile — name, email address and profile picture. We use this only to create and secure your DriveMatch account. We never receive your Google password.

We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to run DriveMatch, including cloud hosting, database and storage, authentication, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Some may store or process data outside Singapore.

Listings you publish — including photos, vehicle details and the seller identity shown on the listing — are visible to the public. Please do not include personal information in listing text or photos that you would not want publicly visible.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After an account is deleted, some data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, transactional, fraud-prevention, accounting or record-retention purposes.

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for optional uses such as notifications. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from your Profile page, or on the account deletion page.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls on our database and encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

DriveMatch is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
